Television and Radio Career

Anna Devitt is a scriptwriter for BBC Comedy through the Short Stuff brand with her Sassy and Skint series. She appeared in a Taxi Cam sketch which gained 2.8M views on Facebook. Other television appearances include Rab C Nesbitt, River City, My Mad Fat Diary and Come Dine with Me. Anna also appears regularly appears on BBC Radio Scotland to add satirical commentary to the days news. Check out  Showreel >  Radio Interview >

Comedy

As a stand-up comedian, Anna Devitt has toured the UK and Ireland including support slots with Frankie Boyle. In 2013, she appeared on Britain’s Got Talent with her Truffles Devitt sketch, and is the only female comedian to get to the semi-final round.

Presenting & Public Speaking

Anna has hosted celebrity studded events including sharing the stage with Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt at Dance Champs UK Grand Final 2019.

Comedy and Confidence Course

Anna Devitt devised, develops and delivers the Comedy and Confidence qualifications which are Europe’s first accredited qualification (accredited through the SQA and the SQCF. Here, students are taught to use comedy as a medium to battle mental health.
